The C.M. Fines Building is a 20 story office tower in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada. The 20 story building was completed in 1979. [2] [3] The building was designed by Joseph Pettick.[4] The building houses the corporate offices of Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI). The building is named after Clarence Melvin Fines who was a Provincial Finance Minister in the 1940s and 50s and played a major role in establishing SGI. [5] From 1979 until 1988 this was the tallest building in Regina.
